In motion, we discover unity.
In stillness, we come home.

Weaving a nest for movements and well-being based adventures.

My mind and the trees are one.
The trees are only one of the miraculous manifestations of the mind.
- Thich That Nahn

Our Story

The mind and body are not separate entities.

Our vision is to blend the outdoors with bodyfulness practices, bringing Yin Yang experiences that foster self-consciousness, a sense of being and healing through movement in nature.

Benefits:

Our well-being based adventures are intended to bring balance to our physical health and nervous system, lower our overall daily life stress through playing holistically in nature.

We focus on fostering body awareness, bringing calmness to the mind body and providing space and tools for building a stronger mind. Participants leave feeling joy, balanced, and harmoniously aligned with the mountains.

Core Values

Yin Yang
Being Present
Grounding

1. Embodying Yin Yang - the duality of life

  • Our approach is to blend outdoor adventures (yang) with mindfulness practices (yin). Is like cheese and wine, we pair mobility yoga with climbing and surfing, hiking with intentional forest bathing walk, sea kayak with sound bath.

  • Through understanding the duality of experiences, we bring our natural self into balance, promoting a long-lasting physical, mental and spiritual health.

2. Being present

  • Accept the invitations. Allow the waves to take our hands and invite us into her chaos, keenly alive and spirited.

  • Bring inclusive awareness to one self

3. Grounding

  • Reconnect with our body and Mother Earth

  • Improve PRANA - our life force, vital energy through dedicating time for breathing practices

  • Being one with the experience

  • Reclaiming our body, discover the unlimited potential of movement through embodiment and somatic practices in the nature

  • Personally, I found being barefoot in nature really grounds me and calm my *Vata dosha.

*There are 3 doshas in Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. For people who have Vata dominates like me, grounding and having a structural routine would bring them into balance.

About

Hello, my name is Jaime Ho (she/her).

Grew up in Hong Kong, I realise living by the ocean and with mountain trails at the doorstep is such a privilege that I would like to acknowledge.

When I first discovered gym bouldering in London, I immediately fell in love with the choreography on the wall.  Climbing have brought me to many incredible landscapes in South America, where I found my passion in surfing and climbing.

I also played a lot of rugby growing up.

So, I feel you whenever our body is a bit stiff here and there from all the fun stuff we do outside. Yoga has greatly improved my body awareness and heal my chronic stuffy nose! For me, the benefits of yoga are far beyond the physical practices of asanas.

Inspired by the spiritual essence in the east, I completed my teacher training course at Anahata Hong Kong with D. Yogananth Andiappan and Master Vishnu. I invited my cohort on my first Climb Flow Yoga experience, blending in traditional Hatha practices with outdoor adaptation,  and here is where the stories unfold.

Residing in the West Coast of BC for the love of mountains, I continuing providing space for empowerment and healing. I incorporate the elements of water and facilitate with a 'Blue mind' awareness in my yoga classes, hikes and various adventure activities.

My offerings focus on guiding folks to embrace the tranquility of our surroundings and discover the perfect balance of wellness and adventure. I curate experiences that nurture growth, celebrate diversities with a vision to promote a more equitable outdoor community.

If I am not out in the woods, you will catch me running behind the stage as a Stage Manager.
