My mind and the trees are one.
The trees are only one of the miraculous manifestations of the mind.
- Thich That Nahn
Our Story
The mind and body are not separate entities.
With years of playing along mountain edges and ocean swells, Jaime's vision is to cultivate collective experiences that interweave with bodyfulness practices and adventures.
It is about coming home to our body, tending our inner forest.
Here, we create spaces that nourish consciousness, fostering a sense of being and healing through somatic movement in nature.
We beautifully curate our well-being based adventures to bring balance to our daily life, bringing nourishment to our physical health, calming our nervous system, and lowering our overall daily life stress. Participants leave feeling joy, balanced, and harmoniously aligned with the mountains.

Core Values

Yin Yang
Being Present
Grounding
1. Embodying Yin and Yang
-
“Interbeing endlessly interwoven.”
-
Our approach is to blend outdoor adventures (yang) with mindfulness practices (yin). It is like cheese and wine, we pair mobility yoga with climbing and surfing, hiking with intentional forest bathing walk, sea kayak with sound bath.
-
Forest requires sun and moon, days and nights to grow and restore, so do we. Through understanding the interconnection of conscious experiences, we bring balance back to our natural self, promoting a long-lasting physical, mental and spiritual health.
2. Being present
-
Accept the invitations. Allow the waves to take our hands and invite us into her chaos, keenly alive and spirited.
-
Be free and liberated from our past and future and bring inclusive awareness to the moment.
3. Grounding
-
Reconnect with our body and Mother Earth
-
Improve PRANA - our life force, vital energy through dedicating time for breathing practices
-
Being one with the experience
-
Reclaiming our body, discover the unlimited potential of movement through embodiment and somatic practices in the nature
-
Personally, I found being barefoot in nature really grounds me and calm my *Vata dosha.
*There are 3 doshas in Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. For people who have Vata dominates like me, grounding and having a structural routine would bring them into balance.

2. Yoga
With my oriental roots and athletic background, my classes are embedded with yoga philosophy, focusing on finding flow and enhancing mobility. I practice the traditional lineage of Hatha Yoga and offer classes in: Hatha Flow, Alignment, Yoga Mobility for Climbers, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama.
3. Sacred Forest Journey
Forest Bathing is a guided psychosomatic experience that heightens awareness through a series of sensory-based invitations.
Here, we move not to perform,
But to connect,
To feel the quiet sensory thread
That binds self, other and earth.
Inspired by ancient practice Shinrin-Yoku, the art of Forest Bathing (also known as Nature Therapy Walk) is spending time in forested areas with the purpose of connecting with nature through the senses.
Why is it called Forest Bathing? This is because we bathe in the pure oxygen and the abundance of Natural Killer cells that could boost our immune system, enhancing health, wellness and happiness.
Enrich your nature experience with our Forest Bathing walk, guided by Mother Earth and facilitated by certified ANFT guide.
**Forest Bathing Walk can also be combined with paddling sports, climbing and bouldering. Please contact for scheduling private group sessions / event collaboration.
4. Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a wellness ritual, a dedicated time for yourself to relax, restore and recharge.
What else can you offer the earth, which has everything? What else can you give but something of yourself? A homemade ceremony, a ceremony that makes a home.” ― Robin Wall Kimmerer, Braiding Sweetgrass

What makes me, me?
Hello, my name is Jaime Ho (she/her). I am an Outdoor Educator / Guide, Forest Therapy Guide and Yoga Teacher.
I grew up in Hong Kong and I have travelled to a lot of magical places and arts festivals. I fell in love with the Andes in Peru, and that's where I begin to truly connect with nature while finding awe playing on mountain edges.
I sees the practise of Yoga as a way to come home to our body.
With a holistic and inclusive approach, I build adventure-based mindfulness experiences to empower folks to rediscover, reconnect to their own medicine - their body, through intentional movements in nature.
My first yoga class in Edinburgh was a reminder to rest, to come back home to my body. 2 years later, I was at awe practising yoga during a sunrise at San Jose del Pacifico, and there I got inspired to journey on this spiritual path and became a yoga teacher.
When I returned from my backpacking trip in South America, I created my first Climb Flow yoga experience in Hong Kong, blending traditional Hatha practices and meditations with an outdoor adaptation.

When I am not climbing, you will catch me sea kayaking guiding, surfing or creating immersive theatre experiences."
